About Me

Hi, I’m Mattias Brandt. I’ve always enjoyed helping people, so I decided to make it my career. For over 15 years, fitness has been a central part of my life — from playing American football and running long distances to being a dedicated fitness enthusiast.

I’m a licensed evidence-based personal trainer and advanced nutrition coach certified through EBT, recognized by European standards (EuropeActive EQF levels 3 and 4) and the European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPS). This means my coaching is grounded in the latest scientific research and industry best practices.

What makes me unique is that I personally engage in a wide variety of training styles. I combine hypertrophy (muscle-building) training with functional fitness, and I also run marathons and ultra-distance races. My goal is to be the strongest and healthiest version of myself well into my older years, and I bring that same dedication to helping my clients achieve their goals.
